BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Suffolk

Motto reads: "And all was light". Inscr reads: "Sir Isaac Newton 1642-1727". Figure of Newton holding a dial. Triangular plate forms the gnomon. Inspired by Houston’s painting showing Newton holding a prism. Shows 9am to 3pm in half and quarter hours. Lat/Long for Flowton, BST 10-4 and months on one plate and GMT 9-3 on another.
