BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Shropshire

Set in broken pedimented stone surround on the front façade. Painted dial shows Noon to 8pm in half and possibly quarter hours. Probably uses XII and IV. Yellow quarter sun is shown in upper right corner. Date of dial deduced from that of building, Ref: Pevsner, Buildings of England. Visible in distance from the road.
