BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The Soroptomist Millennium Sundial - a modern vertical dial cum water feature. The dial, on the southwest face of a rough hewn block of stone, has hour lines and Roman numerals from 8am to 7pm. Water flows from a slot in the gnomon. This tends to wet the dial, making it unreadable. The present gnomon is already a replacement and said to be temporary. Dial SRN 3023 is nearby.
