BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Inscription reads: "Presented by the Chichester College of Further Education to Brigadier D L Thaytes DL, " etc. Shows 6am to 6pm in hours. No split Noon line. Two additional unnumbered lines but their positions are suspect. Gnomon has vertical and two horizontal bars as supporters. Mounted on a fluted octagonal baluster pedestal set on a 2 step octagonal base. Three hole fixing.
