Dial in Kent

This dial is in Courtyard No. 4 but there is no direct public access. Equatorial ring is more than semicircular and appears to have half hour markers. Dial probably shows 4am to 8pm in hours and half hours. The gnomon is in the form of an arrow pointing to the pole star. Numerals are attached to gnomon rod to indicate the Millennium. Falsley patinated. Mounted on black fluted cylindrical pedestal with circular base and top. Sun must rarely shine on it.
