BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Inscr reads: "The sun shines forth its Eastern light and rescues morning from the night". Headed Goring Time. Shows 7am to 11am in hours. Gnomon has eagle motif as a cut out. Dragon in right hand lower corner ’catches’ the eagle at 11.15 on 23rd March, the wedding anniversary.
