The floral clock, Andover

Direct east & west vertical dials held aloft by a walking man statue. This is the west-facing dial. It shows 1pm to 6pm GMT, with each hour line also showing the BST equivalent, in half hours (and quarter hours between 1 and 2pm). The dial is longitude-adjusted, so tells GMT/BST on average. The sculpture was designed and made by Claire Norrington, a local artist, and the dial calculated by Peter Ransom, a teacher and sundial expert. A meridian line will be part of this development (not yet as at 2010). The east-facing side of this dial is listed here as SRN 4454.
