BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Main Street (A30), Milborne Port

The dial is located on the Old Post Office, a house imediately north of the old fives courts, generally north of the church. It is repositioned, and predates the later prosperity and significance of Milborne Port in the C18, and is now high on the south face of the westernmost chimneystack of three, at roof level. Traces of hour lines are visible, and it is presumed to have shown 6am to 6pm in Arabic numerals, but markings are barely visible. Open triangular strip gnomon.
