BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Sussex (E)

Mottoes read: "Tempora Mutantor .. .. Mutamu .. In ..", "Tempus .. ", and at top "Sic Ut Sic Vita Fugit". There may also have been an inscription at the bottom of the dial. Companion dial to SRN 4422. It shows 6am to 1pm in hours. Black lettering, possibly originally on white ground. Lime mortar render cracking slightly.
