BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

All Saints’ Church, Ascot Heath

South-facing but reclining dial, 3m high on a buttress on the south side of the church. This is a modern replacement of an almost identical historic dial dated 1895 (SRN 1718) which was reported as stolen in 1998. There are upright Roman hour numerals VII (7am) to V (5pm), with noon gap and half and quarter hour divisions. Half hours are marked by fleurs de lys, hours by diamonds. Inscribed "I ALSO AM UNDER AUTHORITY" (see Matthew VIII v9, often used with a military connection); and "ALL SAINTS’ CHURCH - ASCOT HEATH", "REPLACEMENT DIAL _ ALL SAINTS’ DAY 1999 BROOKBRAE J.B.M.". A table of the Equation of Time gives dates for each minute of correction for the difference between indicated time and mean time. The dial declines slightly to the west. There is a memorial plaque below the dial.
