BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Kent
A high security appointment is needed for access. The dial has two scales with the time scale outside the chapter ring. Hours are shown from 4am to 8pm in 30,15 and 5 mins. There are lozenge marks, probably indicating half hours between numerals and possibly line markers too. A noon split was not observed although it may be inferred, Roman numerals use IIII for 4am and 4pm. Hour lines before 6am and after 6pm may not be correctly delineated. A possible date of 1783 is shown at the south of the dial. All 8 compass points are identified. There is a vertical ’S’ shaped gnomon supporter; the style is bent inwards and slightly to the east. The dial has four hole fixing with additional screws. It is mounted on an octagonal stone tapered baluster pedestal with octagonal base & plinth and circular capital. The pedestal has supported one or more dials in the past.
