BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.
On a South buttress 3 metres above ground level is a stone vertical South sundial canted East by 15°. It shows the undivided hours VI - VI with a cross at noon. The numerals are engraved according to the ’anticlockwise convention’ in which the component letters of each numeral are read consistently in an anticlockwise direction. There is some decoration above the iron gnomon and some initials ?IH. The dial measures 350mmw x 400mmh and is shaded by a downspout in the morning.
