BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Suffolk

The dial was only seen on an Anglia TV programme (’Round the Houses’, 16th May 2000). It is on the south wall of Soham House, where it occupies the bottom third of an elaborate sculpture panel. The house was built by Wm Johnstone. It was later occupied by the Horse Racing Forensic Labs, and later still it was privately owned. Further information and better photographs requested.
