BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Little Thurlow Hall, Little Thurlow

The dial is in a formal garden to the side of the Hall, on a white stone circular section baluster pedestal 1000h. There is a square section plinth with chamfered capital. The motto reads: "Tyme Flies". The gnomon tip is slightly bent. Shows 5am to 8pm in half and quarter hours. This is an ordinary but hand engraved dial and it may be a modern reproduction.
