BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Gloucestershire

The dial is mounted on a small modern stone effect octagonal pedestal with octagonal plinth and capital 600h, in a paved area to the south of the house. It shows 4am to 8pm in half and quarter hours with a noon gap, using XII for noon and IIII for 4am/pm. A compass rose is centred on the gnomon root and there is a dragon motif in the piercing of the gnomon. The house opens under the NGS.
