It shows 5am to7pm in hours using IV for 4pm and XII for noon. The motto is ’Tempus Fugit’. There s a rope pattern edging, and a sun circle at the centre. The gnomon supporter is a flower design; the gnomon root is not on the 6am/6pm line.
