BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary the Virgin’s Churchyard, Welford

Motto reads: "All time is no time when time is past - Make time, save time while time lasts". Underside of gnomon is the style. Supplied by Haddonstone of Northampton who also supplied the square reconstituted stone ’Georgian’ pedestal.740 square. Separate engraved outer topograph ring shows directions from dial to churches of neighbouring parishes. Dial is a Millennium gift from the WI.Shows 4am to 8pm in 5 min marks. Gnomon aligned 1.5 degs W of N. Delineation is for under edge style.
