BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Staffordshire

In churchyard. Four hole fixings covered by caps. Gnomon missing; gnomon fixing curiously extends into the hour band and obscures part of the XII numeral. Two or three eccentric circles drawn as a pattern on centres along the N-S line. Shows 4am to 8pm in 30 and 15 min intervals. Rough hewn circular section stone pedestal with newer square capital.
