BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in London (Greater)

13 phototransistors spaced at 15 degree intervals detect the sun’s position and drive 12 LEDs allowing half hours to be deduced. Corrections can be made for latitude, longitude and manually for EoT. Switchable between GMT & BST. Shows 6am to 6pm in half hours.
