BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Suffolk

The dial is near the pool and tennis court. It is mounted on a tapered, fluted plinth, the dial sadly fixed with steel posidrive screws. It is crudely hand engraved without a formal time scale. It shows 4am to 8pm and a dot pattern appears to mark the quarter hours.
