BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Suffolk

The dial is in the walled garden, mounted on a cylindrical stone pedestal [1300h] with an unusual crenellated octagonal top. Several minute rings show 60, 30, 15, 7.5, 5, and 1 minute marks with a noon gap and two more unusual rings on the outer edge. There is an ’S’ shaped gnomon supporter.
