BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The Old Rectory, Milden

The dial will be found on the gravel path, set on a stone, spiral fluted, bulbous pedestal 1500h with an octagonal top, the whole on a modern octagonal plinth with square base. The dial is well engraved. It shows 5am to 8pm. The outer time scale showing 2 mins, the inner scale showing half, quarter and 7.5 min marks. Half hours are marked by 3 dot motif.
