BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The Priory (2), Stoke by Nayland

The dial is onthe wall under the back porch. The motto reads: "Tempus Fugit". Date along arched top. Lead dial engraved and hammered. Gnomon bent slightly and its root does not coincide with horizon line. Cherubs in panel below. Full size is 700h x 300w. Shows 6am to 6pm in hours. This is a common Suffolk commercial dial.
