BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Hillesley House, Hillesley

On the patio to the south of the house. Only visible on NGS open days. Pedestal mounted equatorial dial with adjustments for EoT via a ’month wheel’ and for BST via another wheel. Unusual scale uses 24 hour numbering system but in Roman numerals - viz: V am to XIX pm. Shows time from 5am to 7pm in halves, quarters and three min intervals.
