BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Lothian Region

Twelve sided facethead dial (rhombic dodecahedron). The four vertical faces have scaphe dials. Only one gnomon remaining and that damaged. Arabic numerals show hours (only) on all faces. Mounted on downward tapered fluted stone pedestal with decoration around its square capital. Originally at Minto House (Ross). Later at Cammo House but then removed in 1990 to DoE store at Newbattle Abbey. Now, 2001 (Ref K Mackay), back at Cammo.
