BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Provost Skene’s House (2), Aberdeen

Provost Skene’s House is near City Hall in the centre of the town. There are two vertical dials, East & West declining, arranged high up on the corner of a rough granite stone wall. This is the East declining one, and shows 4am to 3pm in half hours. It is painted gold on black ground, with a gold circle at the gnomon’s root. See also SRN 0910.
