BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The Ossington Public House, Newark

Motto reads: "Make Haste Time Flies". Upright Roman numerals IX - XII - IIII - VI. Half hour divisions with diamond arrow heads, and quarter hour marks. Set in brick wall with brick frame. Gnomon issues from mouth of a face, echoed in stucco work above. Declines approx 35 deg W.
