BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The Dial House, Headington

Over the front door of the house is a wooden vertical dial declining 20° east. It shows the hours VII - III undivided and there is a noon gap. The dial furniture is in relief, painted black on a blue background. The iron gnomon is undercut and above it in the arch of the dial plate is a sunburst. The dial is 900mm square.
