BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Chavenage House, Tetbury

The dial is the centre top light of the second nine-light east window in the Great Hall to the left of the entrance. It is cracked along the 11am hour line and has been repaired with lead came. It shows 5am to 4pm (delin 5am to 5pm) in half hours, using XII and IIII. There are three gnomon support holes at the bottom. The house is opened to the public occasionally.
