BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Millend House, Coleford

The dial is in the garden on a slope to the S of the house. Modern style dial. No clear hour lines but with small hour markers. Sun face is in SW quadrant. Very old weathered part-fluted pedestal (1200h) with octagonal top having a 310 diam recess for the original dial (which was from the West Midlands was lost in transit in 1976).
