BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Church of St Mary, Thornbury

On wall of S Aisle. Dial restored in 1958 in memory of Charles Taylor and his wife. The gnomon angle is incorrect. And hour line delineation also appears incorrect. Offset noon coincides with sub style and hour intervals 1 - 5 pm are incorrect. Original dial date was 1764.
