BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Bodelwyddan Castle, Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire

The dial is in the gardens. It has two overlapping time rings each showing 2 min graduation marks thus allowing the time to be estimated to within 1 minute. The dial was discovered in the fish pond in the 1970s and re-erected in 1993. It is inset in the circular topped baluster plinth mounted on a two-stepped circular base.
