BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Paul’s Church, Spennymoor

Interesting newly painted dial in old sandstone frame above the porch. Blue background gold/cream lines. Sadly the hour lines are not correctly drawn around the gnomon. Assuming the gnomon is correct it would be possible to recover the true layout.
