BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Ardress House [NT], Portadown

The dial is kept inside and is not on general display. It shows 4am to 8pm in Roman numerals read from inside the dial, using IIII and XII, with 30, 15, 7.5, 5 and 1 minute marks (numbered in tens with Arabic Numerals). In the chapter ring gap is inscribed ’Ardmagh, Lat 54 23’. Scroll pierced gnomon. The house was converted into a mansion in 1760 which may be the date of the dial.
