BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Sudeley Castle, Winchcombe

Castle is open to the public (entrance fee). Dial is set near the Chapel S wall. Motto reads: "Upon my face without the sun, shall not mark the course that he doth run, so let the dark hour unrecorded be, but number every glowing hour like me".
