BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St George’s Church, Manton

The dial is 30’ up on the third stage of the south face of the 15th century tower, adjoining the western edge, and faces about 13° east. It has blue hour lines between inner and outer rectangles, and red numerals on what was originally a white ground, and uses upright hour numerals VI - XII - IV. The thin rod gnomon is slightly bent to the west at the tip, and has an S-shaped supporter. A picture in the church notes shows the dial in place in 1808.
