BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s Church (1), Childrey

Direct east-facing vertical dial. The dial is on the south-east corner of the chancel. As it faces almost due east all the six hour lines, from 4am to 9am, are practically parallel. The lines are numbered with Roman numerals that use IIII for 4am. See also the contemporary dial SRN 3678 just round the corner.
