BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.
Motto reads: ’Redeem the time’, split over top LH and bottom RH corners. Plaque on house gives its date and the dial seems contemporary. Arabic numerals 1 to 8(?). Hour lines and half hour divisions. Stone corbel below the dial, and stone protective capping above.
