BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The Clanbrassil Barn, Newcastle

The dial is high on the wall of the Lodge, below the clock. White or Gold furniture on a blue ground. Shows 6am to 5pm in half and quarter hours. Dialplate declines 5 degrees west, and appears to incline slightly. The thin rod gnomon has a narrow inverted ’V’ end support.
