BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s Church, Pinchbeck

Apex of South Porch. Recently re-painted (May 2007), with floral decoration in the chapter ring. Dial plate over S porch. Rectangular plate with arched top and scrolled side supports as ornamentation. Motto "Pereunt et Imputantur" (They pass by and are counted). Vertical Roman hour numerals IV - XII - II, but hour lines are a puzzle, with 18 full length lines, the vertical being assigned XI. The gnomon is positioned one (marked) hour before the vertical, suggesting a declination of about 12 deg east. Flat painted metal strip gnomon with scrolled support and projecting nodus. Orange/red sun around gnomon root. Along the foot of the dial plate "R Clark & T Plowright Churchwardens".
