BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Shropshire
Motto reads: "There is no return of time which has flown". Mounted on interesting fluted sandstone plinth with a thin pierced stone top in the shape of an orthodox cross (Cross with centre circle which holds dial and then with a stone annulus surrounding this). ’S’ shaped gnomon support. Four hole fixing - one missing. Time intervals 7.5mins. The dial is on a grave 10, NE of the church, and the plinth text reads ’In Loving Memory of William Michael Curtis and his wife Georgina Mary’ - with dates.
