BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

241, Nanpantan Road, Nanpantan

The dial plate is fitted against brickwork to the left of and above the garage door. The motto across the top reads: Tempus Fugit’, and below it are the initials ’M E’. In the top centre is a a large full radiant sun. Two triangles forming a Star of David are inscribed on the plate, with the upper point at the sun’s centre and the lower above the noon numeral. The date 1986 is inscribed towards the lower side of the plate, adjacent to the 11am and 1pm numerals. Upright hours VI - XII - IV - VI, with hour lines to a small unmarked semicircle at the gnomon root, with no subdivisions. The gnomon is a metal plate with cut-out ornamentation
