BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Michael’s Church (1), Eaton Hastings

One of a pair of declining dials on the south corner of the church. This dial, on the south-east facing wall, now has no visible markings. They may have been painted on the stone. The finger-ended strip gnomon has a curved supporter. Just round the corner is another dial (SRN 3457) on the south-west facing wall. The church is almost all that remains of a medieval village. Follow signs from the Lechlade Road. It has important nineteenth century stained glass.
