BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Gearings (2), Fairford

The dial overlooks the pavement. Motto Reads: "Carpe Diem". Dial reported in 2000 to have fallen following a storm. Hour lines full to outer edge of double square. Lines of declination for solstices. EoT graph. Shows 7am to 5pm. XII for Noon, IV for 4pm. Dial set flush to wall. Solid sheet gnomon. A replacement is planned. Also noon mark and brass vertical dials on garage and polar and armillary dials in garden - not yet recorded.
