BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Railway Station, Templecoombe

The dial takes the form of a statue of a railwayman losing leaves of a timetable in the wind. The fallen leaves are hour markers. The forearm and hand form the gnomon. This may be an Analemmatic dial with fixed operating date. Motto: "Tempus Fugit" on nearby plaque.
