BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Wightwick Manor [NT] (2), Wolverhampton

The dial is at the south end of the front lawn, far from the house. Aligned numerals IIII - XII - IIII - VIII, with noon gap. Motto on column reads: ’Light and shade by turns but love always’. This is repeated upside down at the bottom.
