BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Nature in Art, Wallsworth Hall, Twigworth

The dial is held in the Museum Library, not normally on view. The pedestal is probably 18th or early 19th Century, and the dial is a later replacement. Incorrect gnomon. Dialplate marked Wallsworth. Shows 6am to 6pm (Delin 4am to 8pm) in half and quarter hours with numerals unusually on inner circle. Uses XII and IV. Four of the 8 compass points identified at the periphery. Two hole fixing.
