BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Wishanger Farm, Miserden

Visible from road. Mounted to face direct south on brackets. Break-arch stone with date in the arch 1792, surrounding initials, possibly J P. Below that ’ DEUS EST ?MAGNUS?’. Upright numerals VI to VI, with a cross patty for noon and IV for 4pm. Numerals separated by stars, hour-glasses and circles. Dial canted out some 30 deg on the east side to face south.
