BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary the Virgin Church, Redgrave-cum-Botesdale

Vertical painted stone sundial set above entrance into South porch. The time is shown from 6am to 6pm in half and quarter hours, with Roman numerals indicating the hours. The dial is inset in a stone frame being slightly canted-out to face South. The square section rod gnomon has a single scroll shaped support.
