BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s Church (1), Limington

The dial is on a buttress on the south-east corner of the tower, about 5m above ground level. It shows 6am to 6pm in half hours. Initials read: "EP WARD", or possibly "ED WARD" and the date is also given. The dial slab is weathered and is fixed to the buttress with iron clamps. The triangular sheet gnomon is slightly bent toward the west. There is a gnomon of another dial on the next stage of the buttress above, see SRN 4147.
